Triple D 2012 Race Date Announced (Jan 15th, 2012)

January 15th (Sunday – MLK Jr. Weekend) 2012 will mark the 5th running of one of the most challenging races in the USA! More information to follow in the coming days as we nail down the details including sponsors and such. NEW THIS YEAR is the addition of a half marathon distance that will start at either the

Gun Club road Heritage Trail head or the Graf Trail head.

    Looks like there will be a new male foot champion this year. I will be in Houston that weekend watching the olympic marathon trials and running the half down there. Although with the way people pushed me last year, I wouldn't be surprised if someone would have beat me this year anyway. If I hadn't paid for Houston and bought plane tickets already, I would be really tempted to scratch that for DDD. Have fun

    Lisa and Dennis may have suckered me into doing Tuscobia instead...

    Sounds like a challenging race. Once the schedule is complete and set in stone, I will make my travel arrangements. I'm coming from the Washington DC area (where it doesn't really snow)!
